Eviction Services in Milwaukee, WI and Nationwide
When you work with Elite Process Service, LLC, you’ll have peace of mind knowing your eviction and or foreclosure papers are served properly. Our service includes a minimum of five attempts, mileage, and a notarized affidavit of service. We do due diligence. If we cannot personally serve the eviction summons, we will post and mail them (postage is included). We tape a copy of the document to the door and enclose a copy of the document in an envelope addressed to the defendant at his or her last known address, fulfilling statutory requirements on serving that document for eviction. We also photograph the posting.
With foreclosures, we will also do a minimum of five attempts—mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Elite Process Service, LLC, will go above and beyond attempting to serve the foreclosure until it is served. If, for any reason we cannot serve this document, we will contact the client to determine if they would like us to attempt again or if they choose to publish the document. There are additional fees if we attempt again. They are negotiable with the client. We offer the highest level of service making sure the documents are served and not returned as a not-found.
Elite Process Service, LLC, does probate and divorce subpoenas as well as tax collection subpoenas. We also serve subpoenas for depositions or court trials. Our reliable services are available to attorneys, city attorneys from municipalities, state agencies, and government agencies, as well as other process service companies. We also handle papers regarding family matters.
